Bloom is designed for use by families — a parent or guardian creates and manages the account, and children use Bloom through profiles the parent sets up and controls. You must be an adult to create a parent account. See our Privacy policy for how we handle children's information specifically.

Bloom is for families and educational use. Please use the service respectfully, follow applicable laws, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform. In particular, please don't:

• Try to access another family's account or a child profile that isn't yours
• Use Bloom to upload, share, or transmit anything harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate for children
• Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

Parents are responsible for their household account and for supervising child profiles, including keeping the account password and each child's PIN confidential. Tell us promptly at hello@mybloomexplorer.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Bloom's stories, articles, games, illustrations, and activities are owned by Bloom Explorer or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may use them for personal and family purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, or use Bloom's content commercially without our permission.

You also may not, without our prior written permission:

• Screen record, capture, or otherwise reproduce Bloom's content
• Use Bloom's content to teach, present, or stream to other children or groups on platforms such as YouTube, Google Classroom, or similar services, without our prior written permission
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract, copy, or harvest content or data from Bloom
• Share a single account or child profile across multiple households or unrelated families

Paid plans are billed and renew according to the terms shown at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but doesn't automatically refund the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law in your region.

Bloom is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running smoothly and its content accurate and age-appropriate, but we can't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to every child's needs.

Bloom's articles, activities, and games are for informational and educational purposes and are intended to be used with parental supervision, particularly for any activity, craft, or experiment described in our content. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from a child's use of Bloom's content, including where an activity is attempted without adult supervision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Explorer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under the law of your country or region — including consumer protection rights that may apply where you live.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, poses a risk to other users, or where we're required to by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — except where local consumer protection law in your own country or region gives you rights that these terms cannot override.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated terms on this page and update the date above.
