How do parent and child profiles work?
Parents manage billing, settings, and child profiles from the parent dashboard. Each child has a separate profile, so you can follow what they explore. After you sign in, pick a profile from the profile screen.
How do plans and cancellation work?
Little Bloom is for one child. Family Bloom is for up to four children and includes extra languages, videos, and parent tools. You can cancel anytime from your parent dashboard. There are no long-term contracts.
How does Bloom handle privacy?
Bloom is built for children. There is no advertising, and we do not sell children's personal information. Parents can review, update, or delete account details from the parent dashboard or by contacting us. The privacy policy has the full details.
What languages is Bloom available in?
Bloom is available in English, French, and Arabic. Switch language from the menu. Children can explore in the language that feels most like home.
What can kids do on Bloom?
Kids can read articles written just for them. Family Bloom also includes videos. Games are coming soon. Everything is ad-free and checked so it fits ages 8 to 12.
I cannot sign in. What should I try?
Make sure you chose the right login type. Parents sign in with email and password. Kids sign in with their nickname and PIN. If that still does not work, send us a message from the contact page.
